Enjoy a five course, luxury Christmas afternoon tea including baking/cooking demonstration by the turf-fireside.

Highlights

Seasonal Cooking Demo: Watch Bronagh prepare traditional buttermilk scones, rustic bread, homemade jam, and a dessert, all with a Festive twist.

Bakehouse Kitchen: Dine by the warm glow of a turf fire for a cosy, welcoming experience.

Seasonal Ingredients: Savour Christmas-themed dishes made with locally sourced produce and Bronagh’s cherished family recipes.

Welcome Drink of a complimentary glass of bubbles or seasonal mocktail, along with festive nibbles to enjoy during the demonstration.

Menu Overview

Festive Apperitivo
Holiday-inspired antipasti selection with seasonal flavours and a glass of bubbles or festive mocktail.

Savoury Starter:Celeriac and black truffle oil soup served with Irish foccacia bread, topped with pecans and cranberries.

Freshly Baked Scones:Blackberry, hazelnut, pear, and salted caramel scones with seasonal clotted cream and jam.

Cake of the Day: Lemon, carrot, chocolate or victoria sponge.

Desserts:Chocolate and hazelnut tarts & passionfruit and raspberry syllabub jars.
Menu may change due to availability.
Please note, pre-made sandwiches are not served usually at this event as we like to focus on our fully home-made items.

Additional Information

Bring Your Own Bottle: Guests are welcome to bring a bottle of their choice to enjoy with the meal.

Group Accommodations: a larger dining room is available, please email bronagh@bakehouseni.com to discuss.

Please advise of food allergies and intolerances: while we will do our best to facilitate allergies, we are not specialised in creating gluten, dairy and egg free products from our recipes. On these occasions, these products will need to be sourced from trusted suppliers.

Timing: Please plan to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before start time, and kindly allow 3 hours for this unique experience.
