We will make the most of delicious, local Summer fruits to produce an array of wonderful desserts.

Master the skills and techniques to make a perfect Pavlova and a light-as-a-feather whisked sponge cake, both perfect to make the most of delicious summer berries and cream. Not to mention Raspberry Ice cream and Buttermilk Scones !

You will be mastering lots of different baking techniques in this hands-on Summer Baking class. From how to make meringue for a marshmallowy Pavlova, light-as-a-feather scones, ice cream made in the traditional way from a Créme anglaise base and a whisked sponge cake.

This is an action packed class and you will pick up lots of great tips and tricks from Mary Anne and her many years professional experience in the kitchen.

You will make your own Whisked Sponge Cake filled with fresh fruit and cream and a batch of Buttermilk Scones and will have these to take home.
