About

The Gables Bar & Restaurant, part of the Taste Mid Ulster Food trail,  is a family run business providing exquisite food and customer sevice. We feel we have something to offer everyone, and everyone is welcome at our door. We cater for vegan, vegetarian and all dietary requirements. If you have a question regarding the contents of any of our dishes, please do not hesitate to ask.

We relentlessly source the most local and freshest produce available to us, and pride ourselves on supporting local business and producers.

Our Taste Mid Ulster Signature Dish

Seared Breast of Grange Farm Duck (recommended pink), parmentier potato, mushroom, shallots and peas with cranberry pan gravy.  

This dish comprises of very simple components, put together in a way that brings something special, a real release of flavours in your mouth.

Veg is locally produced and supplied to us by Stanley Frew, Greystone, Dungannon County Tyrone

The Duck Breast is from Grange Farm, Moy County Tyrone
