Cook The Season

65 Drumgrannon Road, Moy, County Tyrone, BT717DY
Seasonal Cooking Class at Wee Buns Cookery School

About

Seasonal produce is good for the soul, bursting with flavour and super nutritious.

Hands-on Cooking Class:
I'm passionate about cooking with the seasons and June is a bountiful month with lots of new produce appearing.

Join us for this hands-on seasonal cooking class and be inspired.

We will be making the most of delicious seasonal produce to cook healthy, delicious dishes focusing on vegetables and fruits in season.

This is a relaxed, informal class, you will be rolling up your sleeves to do a bit of cooking yourself and we will all sit down to a delicious lunch with the dishes cooked in the class.

Details:
We will discuss ingredients and techniques and you will learn lots of skills and tips to bring your everyday cooking to a new level.

It's hard to beat anything picked straight from the garden for freshness and taste and in this class you will learn about what's in season throughout the year and what to look for when buying fruit and vegetables.

I will be demonstrating a variety of dishes from scratch. Recipes will include:

Quiche
Seasonal Soup
Homemade Pesto
Selection of seasonal salads and dressings
Selection of seasonal vegetables
Seasonal Dessert, time permitting

You will be making your own small quiche in this class and will have this to take home.
