Forest Bathing at OM

About

Step away from the rush of everyday life and immerse yourself in the calm of nature. Join us in Davagh Forest for a deeply restorative Forest Bathing experience designed to help you slow down and reconnect with yourself. Shinrin Yoku (Japanese Forest Bathing) emerged in Japan, but its physical and mental health benefits have been endorsed by the NHS Health Research Authority.

A typical session lasts two hours and you will be immersed in the woodlands to take part in a series of sensory meditations; sound, smell, sight, touch and even taste to help you slow down and reconnect with nature in a very deep and profound way.

The immersion will be led by Tony Bailie who is one of the few qualified Forest Therapy practitioners working on the island of Ireland.

This event is for adults aged 18 and over. Please dress weather appropriate as this is an outdoor experience.
