Come along to the Square Box, Ranfurly House on Wednesday 25th November (7.30pm start) for a cookery demonstration with celebrity chef Paula McIntryre, MBE, and enjoy the delicious food and rich traditions of Ulster-Scots. Using locally sourced produce, Paula will demonstrate how to cook several festive sweet and savoury dishes associated with the traditions of Ulster-Scots. This is an evening not to be missed.

Bio: Paula McIntyre trained as a chef at Johnson and Wales Culinary University in the USA and in restaurants in London and Ireland. She contributes to radio programmes on the BBC including the John Toal Show and The Kitchen Cabinet. Paula has filmed four series of "Paula McIntyre's Hamely Kitchen" for BBC Northern Ireland & is currently filming a new series entitled 'Hamley Scran'. Paula has also written three cookbooks, is the chair of the Irish Food Writers Guild, Director of Slow Food Northern Ireland, and a member of the Guild of Agricultural Journalists.
