St Brigid Cross Making Workshop
Suitable for ages 16+

St Brigid's Day is celebrated on the 1st of February each year. Join us on Saturday 30th January 2027 at Hill of The O'Neill & Ranfurly House to celebrate the return of Spring by weaving your very own St Brigid's Cross with tutor Rose Keenan.

The St Brigid's Cross is traditionally made from rushes for hanging above the entrances to dwellings to invoke the help of St Brigid in warding off disease and to protect against fire.
