Immerse yourself in a morning of Traditional Irish Baking in this fun, hands-on baking class.

Class Recipes:
Wheaten Bread
Fruit Soda Bread
Soda Farls
Buttermilk Scones
Apple Tart

Sit back and watch as I make all of the recipes from scratch and then don your aprons and get ready to bake your own lovely soda bread, and scones.

This class is suitable for all levels of experience, from absolute beginners, we are always on hand to guide and help you.

We will have plenty of time to sit down and enjoy a lovely cup of tea, the fresh bread and homemade jam.

You will make the Fruit Soda OR Wheaten Bread, and Fruit Scones and will have these to take home.

You will marvel at how easy it is to produce your own delicious home-baked soda bread.
