Nestled in Mid Ulster Countryside, The National Trust's Springhill House in Moneymore has walled and flower gardens and walkways for us to enjoy another morning of Yoga followed by Brunch in Springhill's Cafe.

Our yoga session will be suitable for all levels of practitioner.
