2 bedrooms have double beds. 1 room with twin beds. 1 single room. A newly updated bathroom/shower room. Downstairs shower room. Sitting room has a flat screen, smart t.v. Kitchen has seating and dining area with small t.v. Separate dining room also. Travel cot and highchair provided with safety gate for stairs available. WiFi throughout. Pets welcome but in hard floor areas only.
The premises is on a working farm with minimal disruption to visitors. No shortage of parking area for cars. Garden to the side of the house. Enclosed rear yard with 6 person hot tub, barbecue and seating area. A selection of children's toys available.
For fishing enthusiasts, there is a local fishing club using the River Bann. Passes can be purchased in the local town. Plenty of local walks e.g. Portglenone Marina and the Forest park is a 10 minutes drive.
Access to the M2 motorway is approximately a 15 minutes drive to the Toome junction. Portstewart and Portrush are approximately a 40 minutes drive away.
The village shop in Clady is a 5 minute drive with hotel food, takeaways and a larger supermarket situated less than 10 minutes away.
For families The Lake, Kilrea and The Jungle, Desertmartin are a short distance.
