About

The perfect spot from which to explore Northern Ireland. We are located in the beautiful region of Mid-Ulster,  'The Heart of Ulster'.

Situated in the centre of Northern Ireland it is easily accessible to all major tourist attractions and cities, including Belfast, are only a 1 hour drive or less. Overlooking the Ballinderry river, on the outskirts of Coagh village with full river view, the owners' restaurant 'Hanover House Coagh' is only 20 metres walk.

Our 3 bedroom house has a kitchen/dining/living area and also adjoining lounge with open fireplace. The master bedroom has an en suite plus day bed (single), the 2nd Bedroom has 2 single beds and the 3rd Bedroom has a double bed.

The main bathroom has a bath/shower and there is also a w.c. downstairs. There is a large balcony with BBQ and seating overlooking the river and a large patio with a seating area at the rear. There is private car parking and there are gardens along the river, with walkways and a children's play park.

We are situated on the edge of the village but away from the road - very peaceful. There is fishing on site (famous for trout and dollaghan fishing) and fishing rods and equipment are supplied.Bed linen and towels are also provided and children's high chairs and travel cots are available.

Features also include free WiFi throughout the house, a smart TV in the lounge, USB plugs, TVs with DVD players in all bedrooms, alarm clock, DVD player, CD player, washing machine, tumble drier, freezer, iron and ironing board, central heating, selection of DVDs, books and CDs. Cool box and picnic basket available.
