The 2026 ISDS Irish National Sheepdog Trials in association with Nugent Trailers will take place at the historic Stuart Hall in Stewartstown, County Tyrone, from Wednesday 26th August to Saturday 29th August.
This four-day event brings the nation's top handlers and sheepdogs, all competing for a coveted spot on the Irish National Team to represent their country at the International Trials in September.
The trials begin on Wednesday at 2pm with the doubles competition. From Thursday through to Saturday, the singles competitions will take place at 8am. On Saturday afternoon, the champion will be crowned, and the runner up winners will also be announced.
Alongside the final trials on Saturday, the estate will host a Family Fun Day. Visitors can explore the Craft & Fine Food Fair showcasing local traders, view the Vintage Car and Tractor Fair and keep their children entertained in the dedicated Kids' Zone, all raising funds for Mencap NI.
Admission is paid at the gate at just £10 per day for adults, while children under 16 can enter completely free of charge.

Please note, the Family Fun Day is on Saturday only from 10am - 4pm.
