About

Join Tessa Ann meditative sound experience inspired by the Celtic festival of first harvest.

As summer begins to shift, this immersive sound experience invites you to pause, reconnect, and align with the natural rhythm of the turning year. Set against the stunning backdrop of OM Dark Sky Park, this guided evening includes:

A lying-down sound journey with crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and voice

Gentle reflection inspired by the energy of Lúnasa

References to the local landscape and Beaghmore Stone Circles

A peaceful closing with herbal tea and time to journal or simply rest

What to Expect

We’ll move gently between indoor and outdoor spaces during the session

The main sound experience is lying down (please bring a mat, blanket, and pillow or shawl)

Suitable for adults and older teens

Held outdoors if weather allows, otherwise indoors at OM

Please dress warmly and in layers

Optional: bring a journal for quiet reflection

Connect with Place

With support from the team at OM, you’ll also receive a brief contextual introduction to the site and observatory. The experience includes gentle references to the ancient Beaghmore Stone Circles and their symbolic relationship to sky, time, and seasonal change.

After the Event: Optional Forest Walk

After the sound experience, you’re welcome to take a self-led walk through Davagh Forest. This quiet time offers space to extend your connection with nature — whether under twilight or stars.

Bring a flashlight and a warm drink if you’d like to linger and reflect.
