Experience a day of relaxation and recalibration in the beautiful setting of Drumnaph Nature Reserve. Designed to centre your body and mind, this wellbeing experience will provide the time and space to decompress and ground yourself in nature.

Please note this event is entirely outdoors. You can choose to attend individual workshops or all three. Details of each workshop are noted below.

Workshops:

10-11am – Outdoor Yoga

11:30am-12:30pm – Sound Bath Experience

2-3pm – Tai Chi & Qigong Workshop.

Saturday 8 August | £10 each workshop
