August Wellbeing Sessions at OM Dark Sky Park
Take time for yourself this August with a series of FREE outdoor wellbeing experiences in Davagh Forest, designed to help you reconnect with nature, improve your wellbeing, and enjoy the outdoors.
Saturday 1 August | 10:30am–12:30pm – Breathing into Well-Ness
Join Lorcan McBride for an easy to moderate 2 hour guided walk with simple breathing techniques and Oxygen Advantage exercises to support fitness, relaxation, and overall wellbeing.
Wednesday 5 August | 10:00am–1:00pm – Forest School (Ages 6–14)
An outdoor adventure with Far and Wild, including shelter building, foraging, outdoor cooking, and nature-based games, helping children develop confidence and practical woodland skills.
Wednesday 26 August | 10:30am–12:30pm – Forest Bathing (18+)
Slow down and immerse yourself in the woodland through guided sensory meditations with qualified Forest Therapy practitioner Tony Bailie, designed to help you reconnect with nature and reduce stress.

All sessions take place outdoors. Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear comfortable footwear.
